yeah, the girl vs guy ratio is like 69 to 31 at my school. except one dude who got married right after undergrad, almost all guys I know personally remained single 3 years after.
I would avoid dating any pharmacy girls, especially my classmates.

a LOT, well at least some, of my female classmates are too busy competing with nursing girls and courting medical students next door. I have met some pharm girls openly claiming that they are entitled to date only high-paying doctors, lawyers and software engineers, cuz themselves will become "doctors", so they deserve someone much better:shrug:. Well, good luck to them~

For me though, I just won't date any pharm girls, even if I become a sr. data scientist at FAANG later and make more than doctors. They just turn me off whenever I think about it.

work for a hedge fund. They make doctor money look like peanuts. . Most of my classmates are Jewish and Chinese so you got to make moneyyyy

not worth the drama. I hooked up with locals but never wrote with the company ink. If something goes bad, and with #METOO it often does, do you really want to get kicked out of pharmacy school for that?

I know someone who dated someone from the same class. They even went as far as vacationing together. I heard something went awry during a trip and a police report was generated due to some kind of a domestic disturbance. All I know is one of them got booted and never came back.
 
Relatively small class sizes makes it a lot like being in high school, seeing the same faces over and over again. Inevitably like high school hormones fly and one thing goes into another.. and yadda yadda yadda. But just like high school, there is no such thing as a secret. And if it causes a headache for you, it's going to cause a headache for your staff.

One day in clinic I was shooting the breeze with the chief pharmacist preceptor. Asked how the new crop was doing, he shook his head and said they were all too busy sleeping with each other to study properly. I duly took note of the appropriate names :-D

I want to date an ex preceptor

I finished a rotation with a site today, it was an IPPE [1 week] and he wasn't my preceptor- he's just a pharmacist who worked there but I shadowed him for a little bit. How would I go about asking him out on a date and would it be ok?

After going through pharmacy school, I've seen it all. A couple of the girls in my class and previous years hit on 2 of the professors (one of which slept with students). I knew 3? APPE rotation sites where the preceptor was sleeping with the students. Students dating students? Seen plenty of that, some engaged now and some married.

My professor married 3 students before he is in his 70s. He is flirty and students think he is hot. Don't know
