datQvault NO SUPPORT!

So here's my situation:

First off I want to thank everyone that posts on here. I've gotten so much great advice on how to study to the best study materials to use.

With that said, a common study resource listed was "datQvault"
I went and purchased the entire package and had every intention of using it. I originally scheduled my exam for today, May 24th, but in the past few weeks, something came up and pushed me back with my studies. I finally got back on track but the expiration date on the qvault was May 20th.

I sent several support requests that is posted on the qvault website and have not gotten a response. I understand its a personal issue that caused me to postpone my exam but it seems the support team is non-existent.

Everyone on here would agree that these study materials add up and get expensive real quick. All I was asking was for either an extension to my account until my exam date or possibly a discounted rate to help me out. I mean they already got my money from my initial purchase.

I was wondering if anyone has had this issue and had it resolved or if I have to spend 200$ to buy the qvault again. Please let me know

Yea, I had the exact same problem. I've actually sent them several messages over the course of my subscription and I have heard nothing from them. I did not end up renewing my subscription. You should try DATBootcamp. Ari does a fantastic job of getting back to people and it's much better than the $200 you'd get from datqvault in my opinion. Goodluck! (it's cheaper too)

I had the same exact problem tried to get a hold of them for about 2 months finally gave up.

So I received a support answer finally and it was literally a one sentence response. The answer was "no we do not grant extensions under any circumstance, you can go pay the fee to purchase subscription again"
I can understand they are sticking to policy but when someone is willing to offer their DAT application form to prove the date of the exam, I think some exceptions should be made.
200$ each time is really expensive especially for students!

Thats ridiculous. Hopefully in the future there will be even more materials available and they will learn their lesson when no one pays them anymore. Crooks 👎
