I finished all of bio qvault and averaged more or less an 18-19. Highest was a 20, lowest was a 17. I haven't bought any other qvault section yet...

From what I've read, qvault bio is golden, and I plan on just reviewing the ones I got wrong + destroyer.

What about GC/OC/RC for qvault? I am really struggle-busing with DAT achiever...averaging maybe a 17.

Are the GC/OC/RC qvault scores a good representation? I just need some more practice problems to gauge my readiness...achiever is just killing me right now.

Let me know! Test is in 10 days...:scared:

Study the sections that are under each tests by topics. Doing those questions and learning explanations for bio, you should be golden. For gchem and ochem, i would just go over Chad's quizz and/or destroyer but not qvault. Qvault seems way too easy, although it might be good for extra practice.Just work on destroyer for 10 days and grasp the material and understand " the why" instead of just memorizing formulas.
Best luck.

I did qVault as well, and I thought it was decent, but not "golden" like everyone said it was. DAT is all discrete questions, so I think it's all about luck, whether or not you get questions that you know how to answer. On the DAT qVault, I kept scoring around a 29-30 for GC and I ended up getting a 23 (not complaining!) I also kept scoring around 19-20 for Orgo, and I ended up getting a 27.

As for RC, I thought it was a really good representation of the real test, in terms of length, types of questions, and also the format of the screen. On the real test, they gave you 1 question per page, and you had to keep clicking "next" to see the next question but everytime you clicked "next" you start over at the very beginning of the passage, and you ahve to scroll down to see where you left off. I remember this was so annoying, and DAT qVault did that. However, the other practices that I did like CDR and Achiever didn't have this problem.

Okay well....

After searching through tons of breakdowns containing accurate Qvault scores in comparison to real DAT scores...I went ahead and bought all of qvault.

Jeez, my GC went from 17 on achiever to 26 on qvault and 16 on OC to 21 (more like 24 had I been more careful).

Of course, there's the possibility that I just got questions I knew how to do, going to finish up the rest of qvault and see what it's like.

Anyone else got an opinion on qvault? Because this is a real confidence booster at the moment...in comparison to achiever at least -_-

My average on qvault for GC was a 20 and for OC was a 21. The real DAT for me, IMO, was similar to qvault (GC-19, OC-22). More conceptual based problems than destroyer. You can mark my word when I say you will never see a reaction as crazy as you see on the Destroyer for OC. Mine were basic Sn1, Sn2, E1, E2, Br2/perox, etc. Biggest waste of time trying to learn all of those crazy ass reactions again, learn the basics and conceptual stuff which qvault can offer but they are riddled with mistakes you have to catch. I wish I would've spent more time on qvault than destroyer, at least for OC. As far as GC goes, I had all the problem solving for destroyer down. Worked through destroyer 3x and still had some weird equations I never ran into on the real test. Chad's quizzes are a good representation of the problem solving and qvault for the conceptual based.
Good luck

Hi there
When you bought Datqvault, did you download the program to your computer or do you just sign in everytime you use it? I wanna know if I can share the program with my friend. Cause its too expensive for me to pay $100.

Thanks

I heard that people normally score 1-2 pts higher on bio compared to qvault.

I also did 10 tests and most of my scores are 18-19 with a couple 20's

don't worry about it too much.

My test is in 12 days LOL
