Day in the life of a DMO and UMO

I'm interested in doing a 2 year Navy HPSP. I'm interested in IM or FP. I would like to be a DMO for my GMO tour. What's the training like for DMO or UMO? Also, once you're trained, what's a "typical" day on the tour like? Thank you for any or all input.
