Non-DMO Dive Medicine?

Apart from the lengthy Navy DMO training, are there any other training options in Dive Medicine? I’ve heard rumors of a Navy/NOAA course and there seems to be one through USUHS but details are hard to find and I’m not clear on if it’s just extra knowledge or any sort of actual duty qualification.

Joint Hyperbaric Medical Officer and Technician Course

They do it every year, I think. You don't get a bubble but can be the medical dive officer overseeing training dives, etc
