DDS after MSc in USA as an international?

Hi all,
I am an international student in USA. I got my BSc degree in Molecular Biology, Turkey. Currently I am MSc student in oral sciences, College of Dentistry, University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). After getting MSc degree, I am thinking to apply DDS/PhD program. I just wonder, is it possible to apply DDS program as an international student. Is there any restrictions for internationals? I read UIC's website regarding this issue, couldn't find anyhting about this. I've found only this sentence;

All course credits must be from an accredited United States college or university. There are no limitations on junior college work.

So if anybody has any idea, please let me know, I would really appreciate. 😍
