I'm studying for my MPJE exam and saw 2019 - New Single-Sheet Format for U.S. Official Order Form for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances (DEA Form 222) . We don't use the old brown, green, blue forms anymore?

This...usual rule of thumb on new material is being in effect for 2 or more years for being subject to boards exams if I am remembering correctly
