Hey, I was asked to have my school fill this out, but when I ask administrators, they're like have the registrar do it.... but the registrar is out for like 3 weeks and its due before that.
First off, I never knew PH schools asked for this. Second, any ideas on how to get this taken care of without stepping on administrators toes who I've already seemed to disturb?
