Like. What is the holdup? If you believe Zenge is village, the best thing to be done is vote for him now and let him get April on the board. Then you can vote her if he's not a wolf.

(and like keep in mind I've already read his posts and interactions with Stagg and fruit myself, I didn't have time to pull quotes but I have read them, so there's a higher bar to clear to convince me my own interpretation is incorrect especially since I'm actually pretty good at reading Zenge as long as it's not a multiball game)

Frankly, this sequence of posts looks very bad. The "now you tell me" does not feel genuine; why should it matter that Fruit says Stagg is a wolfy villager? Stagg was going over anyway. It feels like theatre.



These posts show that Zenge is wolf-reading fruit. So this further draws consternation about why Zenge would give a hoot on Fruit's opinion of Stagg stated previously.
Also shows he GTH'd Fruit wolf, and yet...

He protested to a group of three including Indy/SAR/Fruit, stating Fruit is the least wolfy of his wolf reads. Why should this particularly matter? If Fruit was a wolfread, to the extent of Zenge calling him 1/4 of his wolf reads in the GTH exercise, then why object to this specific grouping? If anything it should be easier because he can argue for Fruit's yeeting.

And now waffling on Fruit. Keeping him in the wolfreads, but not strongly providing an answer.

Okay, now here's where I want you to really pay attention to something. He provides reasoning for wolfreading me and genny. He provides reasoning for wolfreading April. There is never, in any of Zenge's posts, a reason for including fruit in his wolfreads. There is never a reason for feeling worse about me and genny than fruit. There is never a justification for why fruit is the least wolfy of the wolfreads. And yet, fruit is in the bottom nonetheless. Why? That's awfully strange, eh?

Oh and here's the same group of three yet again. Hey, us!

...yet when Fruit actually enters contention, Zenge pivots to yeeting Indy with a story about Indy being the obvious choice of the day despite his own objections.

And then, when providing a reads list, not only does Zenge back off on his April read (contrary to what he's now asserting, mind you) and move fruit up into village reads for feeling better after EOD, but Indy, whom Zenge violently defended, has inexplicably dropped into neutrals! All on the day fruitsalad was due to be yoten. That's AWFULLY CURIOUS, isn't it?

Look. Zenge could be village here who got pocketed by fruitsalad, okay. But to not crack this egg today would be folly, imo. I think this egg has been scrambled with fruit and venison. I beg anyone thinking of abstaining to reconsider. Zenge's tone may be village, but his behavior is not. There is a reasonable chance he could be wolf. So despite one's feelings about the setup and game design, we gotta yeet him.

It’s a good iso, but I don’t know that getting me fully on board.
I’m already voting there. I’m going to vote him cause it’s gotta be him today with all the pressure.
I can see the reasons behind the logic. My vote is on him.

My heart just says this is not wolfy Zenges.
Is that a bad reason to village read someone? Probably. But I’ve done worse.

If he’s wolf :eggface:
And probably will take a lot of work to ever get blocc’d again

I also think part of me would rather be wrong holding onto this village read with dear life until the end and say “see I knew it” then be talked out of the read and be wrong and going “I wavered on my blocc” after last game

I think you get a bit hung up on the "Now you tell me" quote which was pretty obviously a joke to me

And like it's a meta read but since when does Zenge treat his packmates like that? BOTH of them in wolf reads on d1?

I get the Indy stuff looks bad, I do. I don't fault people for voting him for it tbh. It just does not make sense to me in a w!Zenge world. What's the benefit to him acting like that instead of pushing genny, who was also in his wolf reads?

Because I inherently had no idea what she would flip. Because I’m village.

And it was clear to me village wanted to yeet Indy. And if I’d be wrong I would have been the first misyeet.

Idk why people can’t put themselves in my shoes there.

Stagg was a naked vote, he popped in and put his vote there right at EOD because samac told him to.

I don't really care much about it. You think w!Zenge conveniently forgets to put reasoning with his packmate? To me that's on the same level as saying a wolf would forget to put their packmates in their reads at all. Wolves don't tend to just forget their packmates exist or that they're going to be questioned about them later.
