Hi all,

I love this book, however it has sat on my shelf and gotten dusty so figured I'd ask if anyone wants it. 2005 edition, heavy as hell, needs a new home.
It would actually be a decent coffee table book - lots of (ahem, medical) pictures.

oh geez, I wish you'd said something sooner - I got a PM about it and mailed it yesterday - I was coming to update this thread.
So I will offer you
"Emergency Department Rescuscitation of the Critically Ill" by Winters et al. if you want it.

It's not as pretty as the Greenberg, but it's an excellent overview of the sickest of the sick.
If ERCAT passes, anyone else can ask.
