Deep recentment?

I realized that some of these prof's harbour some deep recentment towards the medical students ergo future physicians...It doesn't matter if they're mudphuds or PhDuh's or even MD's....you know the saying, those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. And those who can't teach pose as graduate school teacher.

Looking at your location it might be the school that you're at that makes the recentment more pronounced.

Granted that people play fast and loose with spelling on the internet (email and message boards both), but I hope you're not trying to say that grammar and spelling are insignificant for a doctor. Much of what you do will be written, and knowing how to communicate effectively and properly is undeniably important.

I don't believe it was that word that was in question. Look up the word "recentment" and see if you can find it. The word is resentment. The funny thing was the next poster used the same word.

True that. Though the British often use a "c" where we use an "s" (hence defence instead of defense), that would make this word nonsensical, ie it would be recent (as in time frame) not resent (as in emotion).

This is not a formal english class, and if I meet you in real life and your nerdy a$$ corrected my grammar or spelling in person I would bitch slap you.
