DEERS problem

Hey everyone. I am a first year med student and an ARMY HPSP student and Im having so much trouble with DEERS and trying to get my ID. So I was supposed to get my ID a while ago but the DEERS office had entered my name into their system BACKWARDS so now I was unable to get my ID. I had to backtrack and all of my paperwork from my recruiters had the correct name order so some person in the DEERS office entered it in wrong. However, no one seems to know how to fix it. any helpful input would be appreciated!
