Hi, I was wondering if it was possible, that upon acceptance, to defer for another year...just got accepted to UNECOM, but feel that I'm not ready yet.

I don't know about UNECOM, but if you have good reasons it's a possibility. You'll have to talk to the admissions office about this. Feeling that your not ready... I'm not sure how that is going to present you to them. They felt you were ready to give you the opportunity to go there, but I don't know if not being ready on your part is reason enough for them to let you defer until next year. Although if you have concrete reasons why you feel you're not ready (e.g. family issues, etc.) then you have a good chance at getting the deferral.

Docbill who was accepted to UNECOM defered for a year (he'll start this fall instead of last fall). I'm sure he'll visit SDN soon. I defered a year from Western/COMP.

As long as you have a good reason and submit it in writing, I'm sure you won't have a problem. Good luck!

Most schools allow this (accept CCOM and AZCOM).

As long as its for a good reason, I don't think UNECOM will mind.
Contact the person that booked your interview and talk to her. If you request it and don't get the defferal, you will not loose your seat for this year.

Good luck

CCOM will only allow you to defer if you have a physical disability. I asked for deferal because I wanted to finish my degree, and they denied it.
