Drop: UCR (unless from the inland empire), Rutgers (both), Rush, SUNY (both/all), U of A, UIC.

You could add: Belmont, Alice Walton, Roseman (when it opens), Wake, EVMS, VCU, Wayne, WMed, TCU, Creighton, Temple, SKU, Nova MD, Emory.

What specialities have you shadowed?

Rush expects far more non clinical volunteering hours than you have. You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Hackensack
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton
Tulane
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
California University
Kaiser
Roseman (when it opens)
Methodist (when it opens)
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission
Ponce (St. Louis)
The UCs (except Riverside unless you are from that region)
USC Keck

More details about your experience will help you. Specifically:

Clinical:
EMT 150 hours seems low. When did this start? Are you part of an EMT club on campus?
Shadowing 100 hours. What specialties are represented? What clinical sites?

Research:
Describe specifically what you are doing in your clinical research.
Publication is nice... I wonder why you didn't continue in that research lab.

Non-clinical volunteering
Have you volunteered in-person for the homeless shelter?
What are your responsibilities at the assisted living center?
Is being part of the medical equality club include fundraising for the homeless shelter? Is it the only evidence of your involvement with any campus clubs?

I concur why you are listing Vermont so low on your priority. Is it just about weather? Faha's list is more realistic given your MCAT.
