Dental Assisting = Job Shadowing?

Pretty self explanatory . If I were to get a job as a dental assistant, would these hours count as job shadowing? Thank you!

Yes. For the most part. Make sure it is a general dentist as all schools will accept that, but not all accept specialties for the primary requirement.
