dental hygienist

hi , im an indian dentist and want to know about the procedure of going through the process of becoming a hygienist , lots of schools require pre requisites apart from from the dental subjects i studied in india , so probably with all this i will get admission in 2007 , but can someone advice me how to get through the procedure fast and get into a hygiene course by 2006

also im on h4 visa , so can i change my status to f1 visa while just doing the prerequisites for the dental hygiene

and how much does a dental hygienist earn roughly per month after taxes perhaps after i get my h1b , and are the chances of getting h1b greater for being a hygienist
