Dental laboratory technicians get their education & training through a two year program at a community college, vocational school, university or dental school. You could contact your nearest dental school to get more information about this. After Graduation he/she gets an associate degree or a certificate. I have completed degree and now I am a technician at dental laboratory in Davenport, IA. For more information on training requirement, you can refer the following link.
