When you say 'your wife and I got accepted to dental school' do you mean the both of you will become dentists? If so, then you really don't have double the expenses. You are in better shape than most married dental/medical students. You will be eligible for double the amount of aid but can share living expenses. I would suggest you work out a budget for your family listing all your expenses (including dental school tuition, fees, etc.). Then contact the financial aid office at the dental school and ask them about how financial aid works for married students. Explain your situation and see if they will have aid available for you. It will likely be in Federal Stafford loans, and if required, some private loans. If some of your living expenses are too high for aid to cover everything, you might have to 'downgrade' to a bit lower standard of living (e.g., trade the Lincoln Navigator in for a Kia). Good luck...
