Anyone know which med schools waive their deposit for fap recipients?

I didn't know any did.

I would recommend calling the schools you have received acceptances from and asking whether there is a waiver for FAP recipients.

In case there is no waiver, please keep in mind that your deposit is refundable if you formally withdraw your acceptance before May 15th. Also, the deposit goes towards your tuition at the school you matriculate at, so it isn't a complete waste like secondary app fees.

May be true for MD schools, but not true for DO schools.

I got lucky to get an acceptance at an MD school that does not require a deposit before the deposits were due at the DO schools where I was also accepted.

The best advice is to CALL THE SCHOOL AND ASK. They are not going to take away your acceptance just because you ask about the deposit.
