Take a break: go for a run, go out with friends, watch a movie, take a nap. Just get your mind off it for a couple of hours.
Then, go at it full force for the next 4 days. Get a good night's sleep before the test. Just think about it, all the effort you've put into this and you'll be done in less than a week.
You are not alone. I can't seem to focus anymore. I just talked to a 3rd year at GTown and he said "97% of people pass it" - the odds are in our favor - are you really "that guy" that is in the 3% ? OK so maybe more people fail, but overall. You'll be fine. Relax. I'm telling myself this as much as I'm telling you. It will be over soon. You will have your life back.
try to think of the worst possible thing that could happen... you fail... so what? take it again... you'll still be a doctor. as far as a lower score... so what? kiss butt a little bit more during rotations... again, still a doc.
Just relax. The day before exam I went out and saw two movies. I wanted to study up to the last minute, but my brain did not. Have some fun, you will feel better.
But I second doing the fun stuff for at least a few hours. When I just can't stand to study any more I go outside and pull weeds in my garden, or water my flowers, or call a friend or go swimming at the pool (my treat!) or anything my tired mind says it wants to do. We need to recharge to feel better.

i feel the same way about studying. i am ashamed to say that with 31 days left before comlex, i finished comlex q with 53% correct, and i have a 44% on regular q bank. where those 9 % went to i have no idea.
every day i try to focus on learning the material, and lately i feel like im studying everything but the material i see in my question banks.
