Depression ?

This is not a real residency isse, still for the residents and futurre residents..

I have a problem, I think it is Cyclothymia- predominantly depression, with compulsive thinking of my past, feeling guilty for my behaviour towards other people even 1, 2 yrs ago, how unforgiving I was etc.. but, the reality is I am very unforgiving, too upfront at times.

I don't know if this is severe enough for medicating.. Does anybody have a clue how severe this and this is going to be..?
