dermatology conferences with travel scholarship available for residents

Hi,

I am a dermatology resident in an unfunded slot so financially it is really important for me and my husband to save money. We have in our program 5 days of CME allowed. I am wondering if anyone might suggest of conferences?

So far I know of these (I cannot apply for any of these as these do not work with my rotation schedules and blocked out periods during which my program director does not allow CME, and for NPF one no one told me about it in advance and once I found out and called them they were full):
National Psoriasis Foundation Resident Meeting October
Cosmetic Surgery Forum December
Orlando Derm Aesthetic and Clinical Conference (ODAC) January
