How is the dermpath job market and pay these days? How much more do dermpaths make as compared to general pathologists?

Are you an indian or a chief? An indian derm path won’t make any near what a chief ap/cp makes. Depending on your position you could make a couple hundred grand or much, much more. In other words, there is no answer to your income question. You seem new to path/medicine. By the time you are done you will almost certainly be salaried and your boss (whoever signs your check) won’t be a pathologist.
