In the AADSAS application where they ask about manual dexterity, should I just say "piano, jewelry making"
or...are they wanting detailed complete sentences, such as: "I have been painting with acrylics for ten years, using a canvas medium. I have played the electric guitar for six years."
I have never filled out an application for AADSAS before so I don't know exactly what I should type. Basically, I just need to know if they want concise, incomplete sentences, or detailed, semi-lengthy sentences.

I know a few schools that will judge your writing style from how you answer those questions. Its best (when possible) to use complete sentences.

The latter sounds better than the former. Use complete sentences

Full sentences:

"I've been rockin' it on the drums for the past 10 years - skills yo".
