I remember developmental neuro occupying 15-20 minutes during the 2nd year curriculum. I'm not kidding, it was literally less than half of one lecture.

Getting a handle on viral pathogens before med school would likely serve you much better than neuro embryology. I'd choose the viruses hands down!
