Would you ever do a LESI for LSS? I think a balanced approach is best.

I would almost always do an epidural for neurogenic claudication with leg pain. And i think this study strongly supporys that from a pain scale rating.

I agree

I tend to get results that surprise me 3 to 6 months of excellent relief.

I tend to use high volume 6 to 8 ml of PFNS and 40 to 80 of depo. I use this formula since one of my patients two years ago brought in his notes from another provider in another state that he went to every 6 months with good relief. I hate to put this way but I tell my patients its like an oil change.

In any case better then any alternative

What formulations do others use

I get good results typically for mild to moderate stenosis. If it's too severe they may not respond as well. I use low volume at the level of stenosis, 80mg kenalog and 1cc 0.25% marcaine. Never had a problem and typically good results, better than when I did them at an adjacent level.
