Did anyone find the EXCRETION chapter of Kaplan Blue Book RIDICULOUS!?

Is it just me or is this chapter almost impossible to follow? After reading it twice, making flash cards on it, and attempting to answer questions on the subject, I am still completely dumbfounded... lol.
I hope I'm not alone!

I found a video on youtube that explains everything and makes it easier. Hope it helps

Yea it's not a good section by Kaplan at all. If you can get a hold of EK's MCAT BIO they do a great job explaining it. TPR MCAT BIO is also good at explaining this section.

I found Kaplan to be more of a review which works well if you learned it all before and thus just need to be reminded of the important points. But if you don't have that foundation to understand what is going on, it's hard to follow Kaplan BB and you're essentially left to basically just memorize the book blindly which of course, is impossible to do.
