I can't really answer your questions, but I'm wondering why you're not able to ask the program directly for this information? Professors *should* be honest about the funding situation at their school, and I can't see them refusing to give you that information if you ask them specific questions.

Sorry I don't have info on this program, but did want to suggest that you also ask current students. Current students should have the inside scoop on this information and will hopefully give you honest answers.
