it depends on how many of your 15 blocks you've used (i assume we're talking amcas here). Depending on how important they are volunteering or shadowing could be multiple slots or just one all together.

Volunteering and shadowing should be separate (using, therefore a minimum 2 slots). Also learn to spell separate as points may be taken off for spelling & grammar.
