Did anyone take DAT more than 3 times?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Great discussions...awesome...interesting arguments...but how the HELL did we go off tangent? Haha. 😛
This is not interesting at all and clearly lacks any of the awesomeness that you speak of. Can't believe I'm agreeing with armor regarding the "quality" of recent SDN threads.

There's the consistent "write a test vs. take a test" debate, D.A.T. or DATs and the "x number of test attempts limit". These things are ALL very trivial except for the number of times we write the DAT. Who cares if PAT is part of the DAT? Should they rename PAT to just PA (since apparently if you add the T at the end, then what the hell is the DAT then? *sarcasm*).

To answer the original question, I think it helps to do well the first or second attempt otherwise this might be an issue during an interview. And no, I only wrote/took the DAT twice and even then I was asked about my previous scores.

Thanks for answering original question, prez_al. 👍 No, some of the conversations are definitely not interesting- I agree with you- but I didn't have even guts till now to say that. And it was just "interesting" to see how randomly the topics of DAT vs DATs, writing/taking, etc. came up in this thread. But was "awesome" that people are so forthright and opinionated and speak their minds publically on forums and threads here on SDN. I support and encourage that. 😛
