Does anyone know how much of a difference there is between the 5th and 6th edition Examkrackers study guides? I was supposed to have ordered the 6th edition set from a person off amazon but when I received it it was the 5th edition, it was 80 bucks for the set so it wasn't a bad price, but I was expecting the 6th edition. If its basically the same stuff, then fine (yeah, I will still be a bit mad and will write in his user rating that he sent me the wrong stuff), but I will keep it because its a lot cheaper and I need it to review for the January MCAT. Thanks.

Anyone? Seriously...I need to know because I am having to pretty much self teach myself a bunch of stuff (physics 2 and basically physics 1 I need to really review because I'm not good at physics) and organic 2.

I think it's pretty much the same....they prob just corrected the errors from the 5th ed.

Thanks. Thats good that they are pretty much the same, I didn't want to have to return it and then have to look again for a set of books that were in my price range, and then have to wait for them to get to me (the ones in the bookstores are either too expensive or they have to special order them).

5th ed is probably just fine.

The MCAT material doesnt exactly change from year to year, there aren't too many breakthroughs with the basic bio, physical, and verbal information.

If you go to the examkrackers website, they have a forum and one of the sub-forums is "errata from the 5th edition books" or something similar - so anything wrong would have been caught there and corrected.
