Difference between old vs new TBR (Bio and OChem)

Hi All!

I have been searching around but have not been able to figure out whether there is a significant difference between the old and new TBR bio and ochem books. I have the old ones and I am wondering buying the new books would be worth it.

From the website it seems like the bio chapters are pretty much the same, however, there seem to be a lot of differences between the old and new ochem books.

Does any one have the new books?

They're pretty similar. Old orgo is just missing the lipids chapter but has the hydrocarbon reactions which are not longer in the new MCAT. I guess the difference is the addition of a few new passages, etc.

*Spectroscopy is found in Section VIII of the old book but now is in Section III of the new book.
