Can somebody explain to me the differences we need to know between the left brain and the right brain?

For example, on the psych section bank there's a question that requires you know language is processed in the left brian

Language center is in the left hemisphere. Fusiform face area is lateralized to the right hemisphere although there is a face area in the left (it's smaller). I think the language one is the one they'll test on most because they can integrate that well with vision, e.g. if you split the corpus callosum, you will most likely be A) unable to read the left side of the page B) unable to read the right side of the page, etc.
