Hi, I've searched the threads and haven't found one to answer my specific question:
So I'm currently applying for the 2010 Match. I have 3 LORs (aside from my Chairman's letter). There is one in particular that I had written by a famous medicine subspecialist. He actually showed me the letter - and I found that it was very short. Like one paragraph. It said nice things about my personality but he had only one sentence that commented on my fund of knowledge and thought processes. So my question is should I submit this to the programs? I'm fairly sure that the other 2 letters are strong (one from peds, the other from a generalist), but is it worth more to submit a short letter from a well-known name?
Thanks!
