Disadvantaged statement is for ages 0-18. Your tutoring gig goes in the work & activities section. Your coping with Asperger's Syndrome does not belong in the disadvantaged statement. When all is said and done, the statement is rather thin Are you just submitting your primary now? It seems rather late. Do you have the secondary applications ready to go?
Here's what your essay could be reduced to:
" I have been economically disadvantaged from the time of my parents divorce when I was in elementary school. I have lived with my mother for the past sixteen years. She consistently earns less than $10,000 a year. My father provided court-ordered child support until I was 18 and helped pay for my undergraduate education, but he cut me off financially after I completing my undergraduate studies."
All the rest doesn't belong in the essay.
