Did any of you guys get discouraged when you started volunteering in a hospital or by some other clinical experience?
Anything that made you question whether medicine is for you?

i disliked my volunteer experience at my local hospital. however, i know that stuff i did has absolutely nothing to do with being a physician, so it didn't bother me. its all part of the admissions game.
