Discrimination / Retaliation in Anesthesia (Colorado)

This is a problem at the University of Colorado where the Chair has faced multiple lawsuits (see below). Not sure how she still has a job. Anywhere else?

Old articles. Unusual to see 2 senior, well-known academic anesthesiologists from the same department battle publicly.

Looking at the department roster, it looks like the chief is still there and the plaintiffs have moved on.

Then I guess lawsuits and public letters to the board of regents are out of the question

I worked with this department chair in the past. I always found her to be a kind person. Not someone who would engage in malicious behavior.
