Disease cheat sheet

Hi all,

I'm doing my 3rd year internal medicine rotation currently. After I encounter a disease, I create a "cheat sheet" for that disease's presentation, subjective things to ask about, and that patient's treatment plan. It takes a while to do, but I think as long as I keep updating these sheets it will be worth it in the long run.

I am wondering though, if there is already a resource out there that does this for doctors/medical students; short of reading 3 uptodate articles about the disease. If there was, could someone please share it with me?

For internal medicine ^ that ^ is an absolute god-send to answer pimp questions between seeing a brand-new patient with a diagnosis and rounding with your team 1 hour later.
