Disproportionate # of Hopkins students

I don't know if anyone else has ever noticed this, but it seems like a fourth of the people who post on SDN are Hopkins students. Somewhere in every post (exaggeration) there is either a JHU student posting or being refered to or somehting like that. Hopkins students are either planning a Maoist takeover of SDN or are just very ambitious and have a desire to help their fellow premed students.

Or, there is also the possibility that Oldman realized that people caught on to his whole postpadding scheme and decided to franchise himself in the form of 20 other SDNers in order to fulfill his undying desire to type stuff and send it into the SDN forum. (just joshin' ya Oldie)

That's because a lot of us Hopkins peeps are alums or seniors and have nothing better to do! (It's also a website recommended on our preprofessional website, so that could be the strong reason.)

I'm with the Instigatior. It seems that UF peeps are everywhere. Every time I talk to someone here they seem to have a UF connection. :wink: There are hardly any UMiami peeps here. Only Michelys and 8deuce (and he isn't even applying this year) come to mind besides myself. I guess this could be attributed to the sucky advising at UMiami undergrad.

UF in da hizzouse! Let's see who we got up in here. Myself, BubbaSwamp, Swamp Syphillis, anyone?, InstiGator, SwampMan (can you tell i'm milking the multiple personalities?), PelicanMan, GatorAid, Cobragirl, and joehuf. That makes 9! :wink: I know I'm forgetting some people, so help me out here folks. I think the best represented schools on SDN are prolly UCLA, UF, and Hopkins.

There's a crapload of UCLA students here. They are very very well represented in the interview circuits as well.
