aside from eating whatever he can get his little beak on, he likes to say a few words, take baths, and fly after me whenever i leave the room.
He's adorable! 😍

The patient in our PBL case today had a pet labradoodle. I'd never heard of it before.

Go to a site such as www.imageshack.us and upload it. Then cut-and-paste the link entitled "Hotlink for forums (1)" into your message.Orth2006 said:How do you put the pic in the message anyone?

Here's my 2 labs with their air-conditioned dog house. My wife says I treat them better than I treat her. She's right.toofache32 said:they're adorable! my bf & i were thinking about getting a chocolate lab, but then couldn't resist the little monster we ended up getting. 😛 we're so in love with him! he sleeps in our bed, always claims the "big" couch when we're watching TV, and drinks purified water.
sad...i know.

Birds are the best pets ever! People totally underestimate their pet potential . . .

definitely. my family had budgies when i was little and i'm now so horrified that we never let them out or gave them toys or anything since we had no idea. makes me wanna cry.
spoiling my little guy now to make up for it.
are watson and cricket hand tame?
My cat, Pete.
Like all cats, he loves to chill out in the highest place he can get to.

yeah, rats r super smart and sweet. here's a pic of my soho last year with his rattie friend punk in b/t his paws. he was born to ppl who run the largest rat adoption shelter in the tri-state area NJ/PA/NY (or is it DE?) and i adopted him from them when he was 2 months old.

I got Watson first (the green one) who is a freak show. He wants nothing to do with me. I think he's mentally ******ed. So I got him Cricket (the blue one) and they get along great. Cricket is more typical of a tame parakeet. She sits on my shoulder or on my MCAT books and helps me study for the test. When she gets tired of studying she starts to eat my answer sheets.
Risa, thanks for the compmliment on the names. I am quite pleased with my nerdy self for that.

I like your parakeets. Does the belly of the blue one (Cricket) remind anyone else of a blue raspberry icee? 🙂

This is Sophie, a longhaired mini dachshund...she's pregnant with a litter of puppies, one of which will be ours when they are born. They're due in early April, and we get to pick ours up at the beginning of June! (This pic is actually from last time she was preggo a few years ago...she was huge!)
