On question 10 of the pulmonary section in the workbook he says a women with fibroids (decreased Hb from anemia) has no change in oxygen content or saturation (I went back and double checked). Then when discussing page 508 of FA it says decreased Hb causes decreased O2 content but no change in saturation.

FA makes more sense to me but wanted to see if anyone else caught this as a mistake or if I just don't understand something well?

I didn't catch that mistake but it does indeed look like a mistake. Among one of the many that he has in the lectures.
