I'm considering getting this. Has anyone tried it? How long are the videos and how long does it take to complete?

Wow, really no one?

DIT is a program that helps you plan your board study (they pretty much set it up for you). From the class above me that took USMLE not too long ago, a lot of people think its top rate, but time consuming. It is more of a systematic walk through of FA. They also have PRIMER videos that are a good way to brush up on general concepts before you dive into Board study (probably do them over your first break 2nd year). It will cost you about $800-850 dollars.

hope this helps.

What about the Solid Pharm course they have? Is it any good?

Yes I did. It's pretty good but very long though. It seems better suited for people learning pharm for the first time.

I am using KISSPharm for Pharm, and it works really well with UWorld. The video lectures are a little annoying, which is maybe why it doesn't have the best reputation on SDN, but the slides are golden. If you can print them out and match it with the various World questions, it is pretty effective. He only lists info that is pertinent to get the questions right, so the material isn't that overwhelming.

I tried DIT (out of peer pressure) and did not find it helpful. I found that it took too much time away from doing Qbank questions.
