DMD/MBA COmbined program

I am interested in combined dmd/mba program in 5 years....for the schools that have it, should i just apply to dmd program first and once i get in, then take GMAT and then apply to the combined program...or do i do it when applying to dental school...i just dont have time to study for both dat and gmat at same time. has other people done this? if so, could you please share your experiences and the timetable as to how i should go about doing this?
