Yeah, I was on my way home this morning, when I saw a familiar face that happened to be JP, and Kimberlee was there too!

I'm down with meeting up on Wednesday. What time did you guys have in mind?

I'm interested in getting one of the smaller bookshelves (the 3'x2.5' one). I'll talk to you some more about it when I see you on Wednesday.

We haven't left just yet, and the cross-country trip will be more of cross-state. We're coming from Southern Missouri and we will be leaving July 8.

Prad,
It's never too hot to play golf. The only time weather plays a factor is if it's too cold (below 45*) or its lightning....I have played before in torrential downpours as long as it wasn't lightning.

What color is the couch and what condition is it in? How much are you asking for it? Oh and I definately want the two lamps. Also if Lina decides that she doesn't want the TV stand I'll take it. 🙂 I won't be getting to Des Moines until probably the 28th or so, but I do know a girl that could probably come and get them from you if you won't still be there then. 🙂

Color dont know. Cost it's free. A second year who lived in my apt and is about to start rotations said that there was a couch that he put in the landing if I wanted it. I dont need it but if one of you all do I'll go and grab it and hold it for ya all...

I just wanted to share that I finished Harry Potter this morning!! I was pretty excited but now that i've read it so fast I'm not sure what i'm suppose to do until I get to Des Moines.

I'm so jealous that so many people are there and getting to hang out. I can't wait to meet everyone!!

So Jane, did you ever go out and find us some hot Iowa guys?

Oh also has anyone heard if incoming first years are able to upgrade their laptops? I saw that there was a list of prices to upgrade stuff, but then in our orientation packets it just mentioned that we'll get our computers during orientation. If anyone knows then fill me!!

Alright well i'd better get back to doing some work. I can't wait to join everyone in being unemployed!!

Don't worry, there are plenty of hot guys here! Just have to figure out who's taken and who's not 😉 I can't wait to go "hunting" with you 😀 I think we'll be able to upgrade our laptops as long as we're willing to pay for it. We can always do it after we get them, as they're laptops and pretty easy to configure. I'm definitely going to up the RAM 😀

I was under the impression that the 1st year students would be allowed to upgrade their laptops. I would contact institutional computing at DMU to find out for sure. I am a second year, but I am strongly considering buying an upgraded laptop through the school, its a fairly decent savings and they look real nice to boot.


Incidentally I happen to have a good grasp on who the single 2nd years are.... What with me being one and all... 😀
