I have been accepted to all 3 but cannot decide where to attend, or if I even want to attend any of them.

Taking tuition/location out of the equation -- which program will give me the best chance of getting into a competitive residency (eg radiology, anesthesiology, ophthalmology, etc)

I'd appreciate any advice!

Thanks for the responses!

Why MSUCOM? Which site is the best out of East Lansing, Detroit Medical Center and Macomb?

State school (B10!). SCS OPTI. Completely up to you in terms of what you're looking for (Do you want to live in a huge university campus and meet more people? Do you want a smaller-knit group and live in a busy metro suburb with malls, shops, and food all nearby? Do you want to live in Midtown Detroit [which is a nice area) and right next to some hospitals?], no difference in teaching/curriculum among sites.

What is SCS OPTI?

Like others said, MSU and it's not even a competition. You can do anything coming out of MSU, thanks to their many hospital networks sponsoring residencies in highly competitive fields AND pledging to stay DO friendly post-merger.
