I first thought that all private schools have no preference for in or out of state applicants, but when I look at some private school's admissiion profiles like Marquette 's, it seems like that they accept most ppl from their own state. So, which private schools have preference for in-stat applicant? Thanks you!🙂

i think if the private school is the only dental school in the state, very likely they will prefer resident only

Alot of private schools have contracts with the they are in to take a certain amount of residents so they can get some fuding from the state, especially if the state or another surrrounding state doesnt have a dental school. Usually by looking at the school you can tell who has what for whom. The numbers are areally good indication. As always when in doubt call and ask the school.

Rather than keep asking questions, it would simpler if you looked up the information yourself. It is readily available.

Seriously, this question can easily be looked up...it just takes a little reading. I'm willing to answer things that can only be learnt from experience...this is not one of those things

its not learnt, its lernt. 😀

Cater to your own tax payers...

but may be somebody has something to say from their personal experience, why take the opportunity away from them?
I don't think there is a pressure here for all to answer all the questions. Just take it easy🙂

You are right. It is best to ask and get incomplete and inaccurate information
