it's kind of a loaded question. do you have any geographical preferences or compelling ties to any region? you could look up all the programs and see which ones have accepted DOs in the past, but it's kind of self-limiting if you only limit yourself to those programs. try to rotate at a few reach programs and the rest at programs that historically have taken a bunch of DOs/IMGs, or that you have compelling ties to. wouldn't put too much stock on what programs don't have any visible DOs on their roster, in my experience they're not anti-do, just haven't come across any one applicant that has convinced them to overlook the 'DO' degree. You can gain a lot from rotating there and being likable so someone can go to bat for you/vouch for you. East coast tends to be easier than west coast in terms of being able to break in as a DO, re: bigger cities/university programs. IR rotations let you do more hands on stuff and be noticeably helpful vs potentially being annoying in the background during a DR rotation.
