Do Gen Bio+Lab requirement need to be linked courses?

I have taken Gen Bio II but got a C- in the lecture, but got an A in the lab course.
But, I have advanced bio class that I got A in. Can Gen Bio lab + advanced bio be considered to fulfill prerequisite? Otherwise I'd need to take another bio class this fall with lab + lecture.
