Does anyone here have anecdotal evidence that for those that took classes at a quarter system school got their grades replaced when repeating them a semester system school (community college)?

I'm currently at a health conference and spoke to several DO school admission deans and even a AACOMAS representative (Gina Moses). They all reiterated without doubt that quarter system classes must be replaced by quarter system classes despite taking the same identical class with greater value in units at a semester school. I am worried because I've taken several classes at a semester system school and am applying to DO school this coming cycle.

I did this. It is OK to do. The way it works is when you fill out your AACOMAS application, first you convert the quarter system classes to equivalent semester hours. For example, a 5-hour quarter class converts to 3.3 semester credit hours, then whichever semester hour class you take must be equal or higher number in hours than what you're replacing.

For example, this is exactly what I did on my aacomas application:
a 5 credit hour class of Chem 101 at a quarter system school.
Can be replaced by a 4 credit hour class of Chem 101 at a semester school.

Great, Thank you NuttyEngDude for your input you. I feel very relieved as I've taken 16+ units at a semester community college in hopes of replacing grades.
My next question has to be: Can I replace my entire quarter system bio series (3 classes) with my entire semester system bio series (2 classes)? The 2 semester class units = the 3 quarter system units.
And if its 1:1, can I just replace the 2 lowest grades from the quarter system classes with the semester?

Although it's 1 year vs 1 year of bio classes, because of the way the accounting works you will only be able to replace at max two out of your three quarter system bio classes with equivalent semester classes, at least that is my understanding.

And if its 1:1, can I just replace the 2 lowest grades from the quarter system classes with the semester?
Yes, I would do this.

Thank you again nuttyendude you are a gentleman scholar! If anyone else has any other experiences please post them here for the small subset of us that are too broke to take classes a UC/CSU and are trying to repair a sub-par gpa.
now I need to figure out to designate these bio classes cause they aren't titled exactly the same nor are their description identical. I'll probably end up putting the ones that sound most similar to one another and will do this for the 2 classes I intend to replace.
