Do I have any shot of getting into University of Washington from out of state?

I've always dreamed of attending University of Washington, I just absolutely love the Seattle area. My family lived in Washington for only about two years while I was in college in Utah, so I only went out there twice during that time. I know they give very heavy preference to people from Washington, then to people who attended college there, etc. Is it even worth paying the couple hundred bucks to apply there given that I am out of state? Do I have any chance? Stats below

cGPA 3.61 sGPA 3.35
DAT 26 AA/25 TS/20PAT
200+ hours in-depth community service w/ leadership
200+ hours dental assisting
120 hours dental shadowing
Fluent in Spanish: 2 year mission in Argentina and recent dental internship in Ecuador
Strong leadership & employment experience

You’ll never truly know until you apply, if it’s a school you’d be willing to attend then go for it. Your DAT is solid, idk what their average GPA is, but if you can convince them through your app that you meet their mission you might stand a chance

You should reach out to the admissions office. I'm not sure if your parents' move to the state matters, but they should. I agree you won't know unless you apply.
